5 Cutting-Edge Devices to Elevate Your Anti-Aging Routine

Let's talk about transparency: CurrentBody sponsored this post.

After using CurrentBody’s devices for the past year, I can honestly say they’ve changed how I take care of my body.

When you’re into skincare, you’re always thinking about liquids and creams and scrubs, and we start to forget that diet and light play an incredible role in the health of our skin and anti-aging.

Today, I want to review 5 of the best devices I have from CurrentBody.

And psst… here’s a little secret: Right now, you can use code STACYLED for an exclusive 20% Black Friday discount on ALL CurrentBody devices at CurrentBody.com!

This is the BIGGEST discount of the year, so it’s the perfect time to invest in your skincare.

After all, who doesn’t love a chance to treat themselves and save?

The Series 2 LED Light Therapy Mask

I have to start with my favorite – the LED face mask, specifically their new Series 2.

Series 1 & Series 2

After using the original version daily for the past year and now switching to Series 2, I’ve seen such a difference in my skin.

Series 2

They improved the design to wrap around the chin area (which really helps with those monthly hormonal breakouts – Murad’s Deep Relief Acne Treatment is also excellent for treating hormonal acne in this area), and they made it much more comfortable.

I actually look forward to my 10-minute sessions now – it’s become my little moment of calm during a busy morning.

The Series 2 mask uses three different wavelengths of light therapy (red at 633nm and two types of near-infrared at 830nm and 1072nm), which help with collagen production and cell turnover.

The results have been pretty remarkable. Check out these before and after’s from their website:

The Red Light Helmet

If you know me, you know I’m all about scalp health.

I use the red light helmet for hair growth as often as daily, though sometimes it’s more like 3-5x per week.

It uses red light (620-660nm) to energize hair follicles, reduce inflammation, and improve blood flow.

Even just 10 minutes a day can help improve hair thickness and density.

I also incorporate microneedling and copper peptides for hair growth.

Research shows that increased blood flow can benefit hair growth, especially when combined with other regrowth treatments.

That’s why I like to regularly incorporate scalp massages into my week in addition to microneedling.

Take a look at these Week 1 and Week 12 results from their website:

Note: I use the Banish microneedling tool and Mirror Skin copper peptides, but I limit microneedling to 1-2 times per week and avoid needles larger than 0.5mm at home.

The Sauna Blanket

Since I got tired of fighting for space in my gym’s sauna (not to mention dealing with other people’s loud music), this infrared sauna blanket has become my go-to stress reliever.

I use it whenever I skip the gym, and sometimes I actually prefer it to the real thing.

It works surprisingly fast – within about 10-15 minutes on the highest setting, I’m completely sweating it out.

The best part is having complete control over my environment; I can play my own music, enjoy the quiet, and adjust the temperature exactly how I want it with the remote.

The sessions have really helped my recovery after workouts, and I always feel amazing afterward – relaxed but energized, with that warm glow you get from a good sweat.

Plus, it’s a great way to help your body detox through the skin. Yes, you heard me – your skin is the one detox pathway that we never talk about!

Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Device

CurrentBody’s Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Device works by delivering heat waves at 104°F to stimulate collagen production.

One nice feature is how it adjusts the temperature automatically based on your skin’s resistance – no need to worry about it getting too hot or not hot enough.

The device comes with a special conductive gel that helps it glide smoothly across your skin.

With regular use, you’ll notice firmer skin and softening of deeper lines.

The treatment itself feels like a warm facial massage, making it a relaxing addition to an evening skincare routine.

Here’s a look at the progress results shared on their website:

Laser Hair Removal Device

This Laser Hair Removal Device uses actual laser technology instead of IPL, which makes a real difference in the results.

I’ve never seen anything like it before.

The treatment window is wide enough to cover larger areas quickly, and it has this cooling feature that makes the process much more comfortable than traditional lasers.

One practical feature is the skin tone sensor that checks if the setting is right for your skin before you start.

You’ll notice hair growing back much slower after about 4 weeks of use, and by 8 weeks, there’s a significant reduction in hair growth overall.

Check out these results from their website, showing before treatment and after 12 weeks:

Why These Devices Are Worth It

CurrentBody’s devices have consistently delivered on what they promise.

While the upfront cost might seem high, having professional-level treatments at home ends up saving you money in the long run.

If I had to pick favorites, the LED mask and red light helment have become absolute staples in my routine.

Overall, it’s nice to see at-home beauty tech that actually works. You see, you won’t find me recommending gua sha or face rollers. If you like using them, it’s fine, but the science behind them is minimal at best.

And I’m nothing if not the beauty science girl!

If you’re interested in trying any of these devices, you can use code STACYLED for 20% off at CurrentBody.com.
